JCrew Christmas Countdown FAQs

  • The JCrew Christmas Countdown is a 25-day family tradition created by Jennifer King (aka JCrew Mama) and her five children. It was designed to bring the family closer during a season where things can get a little hectic. Now in its 10th anniversary year, the countdown is being shared so that other families can enjoy it just as much. This years soft launch includes a 5 day age-specific countdown, complete with daily activities designed to bring families together, spark joy, and build meaningful holiday memories.

  • You get instant access to the Parent Portal for the age group you selected, which includes:

    • A full 5-day activity plan

    • Supply lists for each day

    • Helpful suggestions

    • Exclusive digital countdown page

    • A special Bonus Day activity

    • First dibs on next year’s family fun!

  • The countdown unlocks activities from December 20–25. Parents can see everything ahead of time inside the Parent Portal, but children will only see the daily reveal on the countdown pages if you share those pages with them.

  • Once you purchase or sign up, you’ll be added automatically to a Member Area with a unique login.
    You can always get back to it by:

    1. Visiting the website

    2. Clicking Login / Member Area

    3. Entering your email + password

    4. Opening the Parent Portal that matches your age group

    (Be sure to include your name, email used at checkout, and the age group you purchased.)

    Your access will be manually verified and unlocked within 24-28 hours.

  • Unfortunately, no. If you are unsure which age group to get, it is best to get the ALL ACCESS bundle. Think, more activities + more fun!

  • We offer three levels:

    • Ages 5 & Under

    • Ages 6–10

    • Tweens & Teens

    Each page is tailored with age-appropriate activities, graphics, and instructions.

    **The suggested age group for ADULT participants is the Tweens & Teens Category

  • Absolutely! Many families choose the All Access Bundle so each child gets an activity suited to them.

  • NO REFUND POLICY

    All sales for the JCrew Adventures Christmas Countdown and any related digital products, memberships, parent portals, downloads, or access passes are final.
    Because these products provide immediate digital access, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Inability to access the product due to incorrect email or password

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Duplicate purchases

    • User error

    • Device, software, or internet issues

    • Child participation issues

    • Event changes, scheduling conflicts, or non-use of the product

    By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
    It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all information before checking out.
